What is the deal with payments from e-junkie?

I just started today with e-junkie, deciding to try out this system......filled out the information to create a Buy Now button and added the html to my site, just as instructed on their pages...have received several orders, but there is no evidence of payment coming to me via Paypal or my bank. (In contrast, my current download host sends me an email and the money appears instantly at Paypal through them.)

What happens with e-junkie? Where does the money show up at? Does it go to e-junkie and e-junkie pays it out daily, weekly, monthly or what? I see nothing in their pages on how payment is made to the seller.

Payment goes to your PayPal account. What's your button code URL?

I cannot think of any reason why an order could even go through at all without any transaction appearing in your PayPal account when you look in your logs there.

Just to confirm: you did use your E-junkie account's Seller Admin to Add Product, then you copied the button code we provided from there, and pasted that code into your site, yes?

The purchase process goes like this: the buyer uses your products' Add to Cart buttons to add those items to their cart. When they go to Checkout, we hand-off their order informaiton to your online payment processor, such as PayPal. After they complete payment in PayPal, we receive an IPN from PayPal (assuming their IPN system is working!) informing us of a payment with those order details, then we would issue a seller notification email to the Merchant (you) and a thank-you email (which would also provide any product-download links) to your buyer.

there is no record of transation at Paypal, but I did get a copy of the transaction from e-junkie, listing the name and other relevant information on the buyer.

And yes, I did use my e-junkie seller admin to Add Product protocol, and copied and pasted the button to my site...doubled check it and even edited the email link to make sure it was directed to my most active email account.

Take a look in your Seller Admin > Edit Profile and see what PayPal email you have entered in there; make sure you are logging into PayPal using that same email to check your PayPal payment logs.
