Can someone help me with an order confirmation issue? I have it set up to redirect to my "https://www.gibdogpetsupplies.com/confirmation.htm" page, but sometimes, for whatever it reason, when its redirecting and trying to load, it sits there and "hangs", or acts like its trying to load (it makes a clicking sound, and looks like the page keeps trying to reload every 1/2 second). I have no idea whats going on, but I would like to stop this from happening. Customers are getting concerned that there order was not placed or did not go through, although every times this has happened, the order has been processed.

I changed this to "http" instead of "https", I dont know if this will make a difference? The confirmation page doesnt need to be secure anyway right?

It reloads every 15 seconds or so 4 times in total in case payment processor has not yet informed us about the sale.

Ok, that doesnt help me though. It seems to be "stuck" in this processing mode for more than 15 seconds, just acts like its keeps trying to load every 1/2 second, and it will stay like this for minutes on end. It wont stop unless you close the window............any suggestions to help this or keep this from happening?
