allows buyer caveat course download email financial function handle impossible information licensed party pay receive service site solution store storing user

I am looking for a solution that allows a user to come to my site, pay for a download , receive the 'licensed' download. The only caveat is having all of the user information kept by a 3rd party.

It's certainly impossible for our service to function without storing the buyer's name, email etc. Of course we don't handle or store any financial information.
