May 12, 2008 Some of my Google Checkout orders are becoming archived before beeing charged. So every day I have to go to Archive and charge those order manually. This haven't been happening in the past. Please fix ASAP. Tue, May 13, 2008 E-Junkie Development We'll apply a patch to handle that situation and not mark orders archived in this case. Sat, May 24, 2008 The same thing is happening again. The only thing that it is getting much much worse. I have so many orders that haven't been charged and they are archived already. This is just crazy. Just little of them for example: 414639037918438 964839064673592 722194183742626 569138712888607 614735077261767 Please fix ASAP. No reply from e-junkie. Please let me know at least you are working on it. This became very inconvinient to charge orders manually. On top of that there is another problem popped-up recently. Some of the orders are not beeing charged or archived and no download link is beeing sent to my clients, so I have manually charge and archive the orders and my clients don't receive INSTANT download (They only receive the link after I pressed charge button). Please reply. Thank you. # POSTED ON: May 29, 2008 @ 16:02 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: May 29, 2008 @ 16:04 GMT -7 |

This is not an E-junkie issue. This is a Google Chcekout bug and they have been informed about it. We don't have an ETA from them as to when it will be fixed. Basically, randomly they are returning an "internal server error" when we try to charge the order. We don't have a work around for it yet so you can change your Google Checkout settings to charge each order automatically and that should take care of this. # POSTED ON: May 30, 2008 @ 10:29 GMT -7 |
