ammend conjunction customers google-checkout impression included magip registered show vat

Hi,

I'm not VAT registered at the moment, so how do i ammend e-junkie in conjunction with google checkout to show this. I dont want to give customers the impression VAT is included, when i'm not even VAT registered.
