address alternate blocked buyer click deliver delivery digital e-bay ebay experiencing input issue item method normally optional pop-up poping purchase related users web window

when we normally click on digital item on ebay, there is a pop-up which comes up so that we can input the web address for the digital item. But today case e-bay has blocked the window from poping up so we are not able to enter the web address at all...and we are just wondering if you are experiencing this issue with other users as well or is it just us...Please advise of an alternate method that can be used to deliver the digital item to the buyer after they make a purchase.

Ok, that is certainly not E-junkie related. Anyway, that is an optional step and delivery will work without it as well.
