Shopping Cart Issues

I was recently contacted by a customer who was no longer able to purchase a hat on our website. We have been successfully selling the hat for a number of weeks now, so I checked the code for the hat and through comparison with existing code, discovered that the button code now generated for the hat now is quite different than it was just a week or so ago. Did something change that I should know about?

Unfortunately this situation has also created a new issue. Now that hat item generates its own Shopping Cart, separate from the other items on my page. If someone orders a t-shirt, they get a second shopping cart. Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done?

Thanks,
Lisa

Nothing has changed on our end .. however we do provide a few different type of button codes .. 1) E-junkie cart buttons (Js and Non-Js versions) 2) Buy now buttons and 3) PayPal cart buttons (Js and Non-js versions).

Please make sure that you are using a single type of code.

If you paste your website URL, I might be able to provide further info.
