Hi,
I have been trying to figure this out for a while. Please see the site www.connexin.co.uk/shop.htm
It adds product fine, and view products in cart fine, but it doesn't do that cool effect as other users'.
On Frontpage, I tried pasting the view cart button generated from the same product, (but the view cart button is same for all products) the cool effect was working, but I couldn't add products into the cart, it keeps saying it's empty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, the View Cart button code is unique to your own cart account but the same for all of your products, so you just need to make sure that every page that has any Add to Cart buttons also has at least one complete block of View Cart button code as well. Taking a look at your page, I notice the View Cart code is incomplete; you appear to be missing the SCRIPT lines that make the cart overlay screen actually function. Perhaps you inadvertently unchecked the box for Javascript button codes when you copied the View Cart code, or perhaps FrontPage did something strange after you pasted the code in HTML view. At any rate, you need to recopy your View Cart button code from our Seller Admin and re-paste that in to replace the View Cart button you have now.
Since FrontPage can switch between an HTML code view (where you can edit the code directly) and a visual-layout view (where you can see how the page looks and click/drag/cut'n'paste things around to reformat), make sure you are not visually moving buttons around after you have pasted-in the code; instead, you could first place the cursor in visual mode where you want the button to appear (maybe type some placeholder text there like "XXXXX"), then switch to HTML code view to paste-in your button code in that place.

I am trying to test my product setup; I have set my price to 0, as instructed. Then I go to my sit and hit the add to cart button, but I get the following message: 'This product combination does not exist. I went back to seller administration, and it is there, with the 0 price for now. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Thanks for help

Did you perhaps change your product's Item Number after you had pasted its Add to Cart button code into your page? The button code we issue has a reference to the product's Item Number at that time, so if you copy-paste the code and then later change the Item Number, then all of a sudden the original button code you'd pasted is referencing an Item Number that "doesn't exist" anymore. In this case, you would need to recopy the item's latest button code and replace the code you'd pasted into your page earlier.

I didn't change anything on purpose, but I'll check that. Meanwhile, if it doesn't work, I guess I can delete the product and then just add it again and it will become a new product with a new number. Thanks.

Well, I can't see if I changed the item number, since there is only one product, and I don't see anyway to check history. I realize now that my alternate solution of deleting it and starting fresh will be lot of duplicate work. How can I know if this is or is not the original item number?

If you provide the URL of a page on your site using the affected Add to Cart button, we can have a look.
Other possible causes of the "This product combination does not exist" message:
- Your product's settings may have an expiration date which has passed;
- Your Account Preferences may be set to make all products unavailable until some future date;
- If have configured Variants for your product, you may be trying to Add to Cart a combination of options when there is no line defining that combination in the product's Variants screen.

The Add to Cart button on your page refers to Item Number 210085, but the only product in your Seller Admin is 210078.
Our default Item Numbers are sequential, so this leads me to the explanation that you added both products in your Admin, got the button code for 210085 to paste into your page, and then at some point deleted 210085 leaving only 210078.
I also noticed that you don't have any file uploaded for the 210078 product, although it has the Single File Download setting enabled. You can go into Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select a product in the menu (if you had more than one) and click Edit to view or change the selected product's settings. On the first screen of settings for a product, you will find its Upload Product File button. Always remember to click Next until you can Submit any changes.
