Hi,
I will be selling downloadable content from a set of store pages on my site that is provided by some of my site's members. Is there a way that I automatically notify a member when one of their products sell. Also is there a way to sales generate reports on a per product basis.

You can see the sales report in E-junkie admin > View logs.
If you want to notify the persons you are sourcing the product from, you can use our integration feature.
