I have an affiliate who commonly makes sales for me.. but whenever there is an upsell on my site, the sale isn't reported to me or him. He DOES, however, have record of the sale, but it says AFFILIATE SHARE 0.00.

How can I get this so his shares are computed?

I also want to be able to go to transactions to see when a sale has been made by him -- normal sales AND upsell sales.

Normal sales do show up I believe, but again, NOT the upsells. THe only record we have is on his xcel file that he gets from some affiliate log.

Also -- is there a feature on ejunkie where I can be notified via email whenever an affiliate makes a sale?

Its a real downer when you find out -- after a long period of time -- that you owe affiliates money that you dont have record of .. :)

Can you ensure that you have "hop link" enabled for that product that's being UPSOLD and the affiliate % for that product is greater than 0
