My POST variables grab other fields from the authorize.net form including last 4 of credit card, email, name, etc, but the address fields are blank.

You'll only get address if the shipping checkbox is checked in product settings.

Why not? We pay for the leads and they give us the address. Why can't you give us the information we pay for?

If you enable shipping for your products the address fields will be populated. Authorize.net does not collect an address for a product that isn't being shipped.

It does collect an address because it's in the authorize.net orders. Users enter it in the form like they do with other the other pieces of information (name, email, etc). Could you please turn this on?

That's "billing" address. We only pass it to the payment processor. We don't even currently store it so there is no way for us to pass it to you.

If you've collected the data and passed to an outside source, it seems you could pass it to us at the same time since you pass other fields from the same form (last 4 of credit card, card type, etc). I'd rather have the billing address than nothing. Is this possible? Thanks.

It's not possible to do it right away. We've added this to our To-Do. There is no telling though when this will be done as we have no other requests for this feature.

Hmm... I too would like to be able to set paypal to collect the buyers address. It does so when we sell physical goods through paypal, but there does not seem to be a way to set it when working with Ejunkie.

when a customer buys digital goods, could you not mail out a physical licence/receipt for the software/digital product? Send this by registered mail, obtaining a tracking number.

The sale would be for the physical 'licence' not the digital product packaged with it.

Would have to run this past legals though first. so only proposed theoretically.

Just enable Shipping for each product you want to trigger collection of a physical address during checkout, even if you won't be adding any actual Shipping charges to the order.

We have no way to send printed mail for you, but you might do some custom programming at your end to accomplish that based on order data we would send to your custom script using our Integration feature:
