Hi, The buyer's name and email from my ClickBank transactions are not being passed into my transaction logs. It works for transactions that occur through PayPal, but not Click Bank. Is this always the case or an isolated issued? It makes it difficult to provide customer service to those who say they were never redirected to the thank you page. Thanks # POSTED ON: July 30, 2008 @ 15:51 GMT -7 |

ClickBank does not transmit that information back to us, so we cannot store what they do not provide. :^) You will need to check your ClickBank logs to obtain that information. As for the thank-you page, note that only PayPal Pro is capable of auto-redirecting to the thank-you page after checkout; regular PayPal standard and all other payment processors like ClickBank only provide a return/continue link on their checkout confirmation page, which the buyer must click manually to reach your thank-you page, and the thank-you page itself would only be available after the processor confirms that payment has completed (which is not always concurrent with completion of the checkout process itself). # POSTED ON: July 30, 2008 @ 17:58 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: July 30, 2008 @ 18:04 GMT -7 |

Thanks for the info, Tyson. I don't think the PayPal issue should be a problem since they are emailed the download link as well. # POSTED ON: July 30, 2008 @ 23:18 GMT -7 |
