display doesn email externally isn opened php popup post postto print result script setup transaction trouble url variables

I'm having trouble with this...maybe because it's difficult to test, it doesn't popup or display any result. In my url, I setup a php script to just print all the $_POST variables to an email...which works, I tried it externally, but after a transaction, the url isn't even opened.

Is there something I need to do other than the ?postto=URL...or something in the php script, does it not read variables through $_POST or $_GET?
