Usually e-junkie will email them the download link to my product instantly. However, the last 2 orders I got, weren't processed by e-junkie. It was 30 mins. ago. Before this, it was working. I manually sent them a free link when I saw they bought and paid already but e-junkie didn't send out the download email. I get about 25 orders per day and I rely on automated delivery. Whats going on? # POSTED ON: August 28, 2008 @ 09:29 GMT -7 |

E-Junkie doesn't send the download link until we got the Instant Payment Notification from PayPal... They send us this notification once the payment has been confirmed as good. I checked on PayPal's Developer Forum and they didn't have an official post about IPN problems, but I did see some complaints, so it may be that PayPal is having IPN issues. Please let us know if you continue having problems. # POSTED ON: August 28, 2008 @ 11:31 GMT -7 |

It seems that the problem as come back. Today my download emails are getting sent sporadically. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It must be paypal's issue since I even get paid notifications from paypal slow. Does anyone know? # POSTED ON: September 4, 2008 @ 10:48 GMT -7 |

PayPal is having IPN issues again. :( Here's the link to PayPal's Notification: http://www.pdncommunity.com/pdn/blog/article?blog.id=mts_updates& message.id=266#M266 They were also experiencing some other problems which caused site slowness and intermittent API timeouts. # POSTED ON: September 4, 2008 @ 10:54 GMT -7 |
