I had my site on a test url the cart wouldn't update or hold any products I addedto it. I was previwing the page I published it to a mock url and it started working. Now I copied the working code to my live site and the cart is doing the same thing. Add a product and view cart its empty. I have an e-mail sent to support but this site is live so I need help. www. quantumcreators.com Thanks in advance Mike # POSTED ON: August 29, 2008 @ 17:54 GMT -7 |

Getting this problem too....add a track to the cart and click 'continue shopping'....click 'view cart' and it is empty. On each instance of clicking a product or the cart it has reset itself to empty. # POSTED ON: September 1, 2008 @ 18:39 GMT -7 |

Support told me to clear my chache and delete my cookies what I did is create a new user on my PC and log in as that and try it and it worked... I did have to lower my secrutiy level on the new user but since then I have been selling like CRAZY so it must have been me. Get one of your friends to try it see if it works for them. PaulCliffordMusic--- Are you still experiencing this problem? I went to your site and I had no problems with the cart retaining the products. # POSTED ON: September 2, 2008 @ 10:28 GMT -7 |

I am experiencing the same problems. I have ran this on multiple test sites and even one in particular that was working and then stopped. Cart clears itself or will only update a single item and not recognize multiple items. Thank you for any help! # POSTED ON: March 13, 2009 @ 23:53 GMT -7 |

Delete your browser cookies to resolve this problem. Sometimes when you are adding or editing products and other settings in Seller Admin while also testing your purchase buttons for a buyer cart at the same time, the cookie we set in your browser to track your cart contents can get confused, so only the current item added to a cart will show up in the cart, and any previously-added items will seem to disappear from your cart. Clearing the cookies in your browser will fix this problem for you. # POSTED ON: March 15, 2009 @ 14:59 GMT -7 |

I have had the same problem. I did clear my cookies + cache, with the same issue. I've tried Google Chrome & Firefox, both had the same problem. Also, Add to Cart links sometimes result in a popup (which I prefer) or they open a new tab (which I don't like). How do I resolve this? I can't sell multiple items as this point. I took a look at your website. I noticed that only one of your products, Zen to Done, seems to have the issues where it does not add to the already existing cart and the cart opens in a new window. I would suggest comparing your E-junkie codes on the page for Zen to Done and your other products which all work the way you want it to. # POSTED ON: June 13, 2009 @ 15:05 GMT -7 |
