i want to change an email address from one paypal account to a different one. it will be the same email address.
i will delete it from the current paypal account and add it to the other paypal account.
i will then setup the *CALLBACK THING* (cant remember what its called) that sends ejunkie notification of a sale in the other account and deactivate it in the current paypal account.
is there anything else i have to do in my ejunkie account?
is there any changes i need to make to my add to cart or show cart code?

Since the PayPal email address is the same you shouldn't have to do anything with your E-Junkie account or button code.
If this is the same PayPal email address you use to pay us, you'll need to update your subscription.

If it is the same email address I still need to 'update' my subscription because I moved that email address to a different paypal account?
If so then how do I specifically do that without screwing up my ejunkie account?

Actually, if you are not closing your first account, your subscription will stay unaffected.

So it would keep billing the original paypal account even though I take that email address and move it over to another paypal account?

Yes, as subscriptions are linked to PayPal accounts and the PayPal e-mail is just a way to label that account. If the label changes, we'll simply update it on our end automatically when the next payments comes in.
