SPF Records, Go Daddy, Yahoo Mail, not getting e-junkie emails

Hi,

Our site is hosted on Go Daddy. We get several customer emails per week saying they never got the email with the download link. I'm guessing from my research that it's an SPF Record issue and that I need to set that up in Go Daddy. Go Daddy suggested I might need the IP addy of your servers (the guy wasn't too sure what to do).

Anyway, Go Daddy has these sections when setting up an SPF record: Inbound, Outbound, PTR, Outsourced...Would I just put "e-junkie.com" under one of those?

Thanks for any help!

Since we specify our e-mail address in the Sender header of the e-mail, it's not necessary for you to include us in your SPF records. However, it won't hurt as well.

Just add

include:e-junkie.com

in your existing SPF record.

We don't usually have any trouble delivering to Yahoo! addresses as we use DomainKeys.

If you are using custom thank you e-mail text, please make sure that you don't have too many links in there.

I don't know I'm getting constant troubles with yahoo. 99% of my clients who have yahoo.com email address do not get the ejunkie purchase email.

All the other ones inbox fine. And I know it's not my email or link that is making my emails not inbox (i have tested). So I'm thinking its your servers.

This is very very frustrating as my customers think Im pulling a fast one on them or "scamming" them since they don't get their log in information. Most of them say they have looked in their spam/junk box and don't see it there either.

Hopefully something can be done soon.

The issue with email delivery to addresses @yahoo.com appears to be cleared up now; emails are being delivered promptly.
