Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I need to be able to collect the state/province for each person who buys from us via e-junkie. I see in the Google Checkout receipt from e-junkie, the address fields are always present. However, in the receipt from Paypal, the address fields are blank (except for country) and I don't see how to access the info on the PayPal site. How can I make sure that we collect state/province address info?

We are not shipping anything - it's all digital downloads. Thanks.

If you want the address information, you'll need to enable "shipping" .. there is no other way.

BTW, you can leave all your shipping-related figures set at 0.00 (rates, weights, handling, container costs -- and delete your zipcode from Admin > Shipping just to be sure) to disable actually adding any shipping charges to orders; just so long as the Shipping setting is enabled for each of your products, an order for those products will trigger PayPal to send the buyer's address.
