I suppose that depends on whether eBay's in-house checkout process will support a PayPal-style IPN, since essentially our only role for eBay purchases involves post-checkout delivery fulfillment for purchased downloads, which are triggered by PayPal IPN. As long as they can issue a PayPal-style IPN, and they allow you to specify our URL to receive that IPN, we should continue to function as before.
