2009 300 500 800 adjusting began bulk colin considering consuming entered entering especially excel features import increase insert item items launched list message prices process products quicker review schduled update

I have an item list that I began entering. We've got about 300 of the 800 products that we've already entered. Its a very time consuming process, especially considering we just had to increase our prices and that means going through and adjusting the prices on the products and still having to add another 500. Is there any way to import an item list from excel or anyway to insert items quicker?
