The information I am selling is proprietary, is it possible to include an acknolwledgement from the purchaser that by purchasing the analysis they are agreeing to using it for their personal reference and will distribute it to others? It is probably similar to a "terms of service" agreement.

Any such agreement will have to go on your website.
