We did not get ANY voicemail related to this issue. You need to contact us with your client id and subscription id and we can reset the password for you. # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 12:31 GMT -7 |

How do i view my client ID hwne I've been locked out by the hacker? ALSO, I've supplied via support email my subscription transaction ID but still no help?? I can't beleive how long this is taking as it's critical I retrieve my customer information and not allow "whoever" access to their info! Would you not agree E-Junkie? I really expected a company who takes pride in supposedly being secure to take matters like this serious. # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 12:42 GMT -7 |

secureNOTHow do i view my client ID hwne I've been locked out by the hacker That will be in your button code. It's also mentioned in your PayPal subscription details in your PayPal account. secureNOTALSO, I've supplied via support email my subscription transaction ID but still no help?? I am sorry .. we respond to tickets as they come in. Our first response to your ticket was within 4 hours of your question. Also, your question did not include the _any_ details about the account which was hacked, and absence of details makes it very hard to judge what's really going on. # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 12:54 GMT -7 |

SecureNOT, support has reset your details and sent them to the subscription e-mail associated with your account. This could have been done a lot sooner, had you at least provided the login email of the "hacked" account or at least written from that e-mail (I am guessing your e-mail account was not hacked). # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 13:10 GMT -7 |

"subscription" e-mail address was the same as your "old" login email address and that's where we have sent the new info. # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 13:18 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 13:18 GMT -7 |

Once again ... "subscription" e-mail address was the same as your "old" login email address and that's where we have sent the new info. Since I can only give you limited information here, I'll suggest you send rest of your questions to the response you received earlier from support. # POSTED ON: October 20, 2008 @ 13:38 GMT -7 |

You can enter your E-junkie login email in the Forgot Password section of our login page. That will send a reset-password link to that email, and clicking that link will generate a temporary password and send it to you in a separate message. Once you login with that temporary password, be sure to go into Edit Profile and change your password to something memorable. If you're sure your E-junkie account has been hacked, you should probably change your email account's password as well, since they probably hacked your email account first and then performed the procedure above to gain access to your E-junkie account. # POSTED ON: May 24, 2009 @ 12:12 GMT -7 |
