adding on variants at an additional price to an item

Hello

I've scrolled through several pages of forum discussions and still haven't seen my question answered in regards to e-junkie and variants

On the site Stellar Lace Wigs (link below)

http://www.stellar-lace-wigs.com/belawig101.html

They have one item with multiple variations. Some of them have price in them. Like on this site, I'd like more than three variants but with different prices so that when the buyer creates his/her custom wig, the total price will be the sum of the different variants they selected.

The first three are variants with their own price but the other four are addon variants with their own price
e.g. option1-length-10 inches-$230.00, option 2-texture:exotic chinese remy 10 inches-$80.00, option 3-color-solid-$20.00, option 4-application-new 10 inches-$75.00, option 5-special cap $100.00, option 6-hair type-curly $50.00, option 7-fitting $45.00

You see how each variant has its own price??? Is there any way to do this?

I checked the variations with the individual sku etc but I don't need an individual sku because this is one item that the person is ordering but adding on variants to the main item that results in additional charges being added up to create the final price of the item

Does that make sense? PLEASE HELP

You would need to configure a Variants line for every possible combination of options, including with/without add-on extras, so that each line defines a total overall price for that particular combination. However, we can only support up to three types of Option that affect price with Variants (you could also enable Variations to add three more options that cannot affect price).

As another alternative, you could create each add-on extra as a separate product, or as a generic add-ons product with each option as a Variant, so the buyer would first select their basic wig options and Add to Cart the basic wig, and then select any add-on(s) they want and Add to Cart those separately. We have no way to require ordering the basic wig product first, but you could post very clear instructions for ordering on your site and just deal personally with anyone who "forgets" to add a wig before they order any add-ons.
