accept bank checking cheques contained customers day email emailed information money offline orders payment postal trial

I'm checking out e-junkie using the 7 day trial. Is there a way I can set it up so I can accept money orders and bank cheques from my customers? I'd also like these people to be emailed an email that contained the bank details and postal information they need.
