Hey, I was messing with some settings about a week ago in my e-Junkie account and now when someone purchases my product, they no longer automatically receive an email with the download link. How can I fix this? Help is appreciated! Thanks, Andrew # POSTED ON: November 11, 2008 @ 11:30 GMT -7 |

Go to Admin > Edit Product > Select affected product and Edit. See if you have checked Enable Templated Email without having anything in the Email Message box above that -- we can't use a template to format the thank-you email if no template is provided! :^) # POSTED ON: November 11, 2008 @ 12:03 GMT -7 |
