For some reason on a particular product the affiliate commission is $0.00 even though I have a common affiliate program set at 30% as well as the product set to 30%. Can someone look into my account and see why this is happening. Lots of unhappy affiliates at the moment. # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 08:39 GMT -7 |

Hi Brian, I checked the last few affiliate sales in your account, and all of them have the affiliate fee > 0 We'll need more particulars from you to look into this further .. basically which particular product and transaction are you referring to. Please email us that information along with the URL of this thread. # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 11:05 GMT -7 |

I believe it's primarily the Revolution Pro Membership - perhaps it's the people using old affiliate link code? Some show the commission, while others do not. # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 11:07 GMT -7 |

If you do a recent report, you'll see that 1/2 of the affiliate sales are showing $0.00 for commissions. So my guess is that it's not product specific, rather old links from products that have been disabled since the launch of the new Common Affiliate settings. # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 11:14 GMT -7 |

I see the issue .. it's in seller logs. Seller logs are currently not showing the common affiliate fee. However, the affiliate logs do show the fee so affiliates should not be unhappy at all. We'll get the seller logs fixed today. # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 11:23 GMT -7 |

So you're saying they are actually getting credit, but not showing on my report? # POSTED ON: November 17, 2008 @ 11:49 GMT -7 |

As an affiliate, namely posting at http://beep.name/2009/03/19/studiopress-offers-wordpress-themes-for-
niche-businesses/ I'd like to know if this issue has been resolved. Thanks for following-up! # POSTED ON: March 19, 2009 @ 08:11 GMT -7 |
