Notification email - format for fulfillment

Is there a way to format the notification email that is sent when something is purchased? I was hoping to get something with "Ship To" information that was in a readable format that can be sent to my fulfillment company. Something that is formatted more like the "Successful Sale" notification we get...not just the data file that is hard to read. I have multiple email addresses in the Payment Variable Information URL that goes to people that need the info, but it would be nice if they could understand what it is.

Thanks,
Deauxmain

At the moment, using the Multiple Emails technique for our custom/3rd-party Integration feature will just send the additional email address(es) a copy of the raw order data that we received in the IPN from PayPal, rather than adding a section above that duplicating the data in a more human-readable format. This is because we cannot anticipate whether the emails will be read by a human being or just by an automated script that handles raw IPN data (and would get confused by anything extra in the email).

We do have a wishlist item to add some way of specifying the format of Multiple Emails (e.g., perhaps an extra parameter you could add in the integration URL to add the human-readable section like Sale Notification emails have), so that may become a new feature eventually.

Would it be possible to add this soon, as my distributor would really need it.
Alternativly do you have a programm (.exe) file or something that can read out the data from the email that is sent and put it into a human readable format?

This would be an urgent point for us.

Thanks so much .... your program rocks!!!

Your quickest solution would be to have a custom script installed on your own server, have our Integration point to the URL of that script (rather than using our Multiple Emails technique), so it would arrange the fields in whatever order you wish and email them to whatever email(s) you wish. In fact, reckon many a standard form-handler type of off-the-shelf script should be up to that task.

If you'd want some assistance with setting that up, we can recommend the competent, E-junkie-experienced developers listed in our directory here:

Anybody there that could help me set up this script on my server. I am a total beginner, just wanting to change the order/sorting of the information from the dump.
I am leading a non-profit organization selling a few books here and there and cannot afford programing cost for the script ... is it very difficult to program?

Just adding my support for the formatting of Notification emails as an added feature. That would certainly help.
