Reversed payments - affiliates

Hi,

When I was offering only paypal as a payment option, the reversed payments were being automatically reflected on my e-junkie account and they were being removed from affiliate share list as well.

Ever since I started to use buy now button for 2checkout.com, the reversed payments has never been reflected here. I have some sales those has been refunded on 2checkout.com system, but e-junkie still displays affiliate share in place.

Is there a fix for that?

Sorry, only PayPal and Google Checkout inform us about the reversed payments :(

That is alright, but is there (at least for future) to add an option into the log screen where we can enter (or maybe edit) affiliate payments in case of reversed payments?

If we can edit the affiliate pay values, this way maybe changes can be reflected to affiliate pay list in the end of month.

Even if we can't do that, the notes that we write into the system can be sent into our affiliate pay .txt file so we can deduct this numbers from payments.

It's a good idea. If the % of 2CO/ClickBank merchants increase we'll add this option in the logs.

You can at least manually modify the Mass Payments file we provide for download every month, then submit the edited file to PayPal. Here's some tips about editing that type of file:

Tyson,

I learned something new. I've never checked sub link under the payment option so now I know that there is a mass payment option. Thanks a lot. I appreciated for the tip
