approval bill cart client considering info order product proof send shopping

I am considering E-Junkie for my shopping cart but have 1 question. Can I set it up to take an order but not bill the client until I tell it to? Basically I need to take the order info, send a proof to the client, on approval of the proof I then need to bill them for the product. Is this possible?

E-junkie can not be used for that currently.
