Does Anyone Else Have This Problem?

I have been reporting problems to the e-junkie support people for weeks, sometimes months, but they just ignore my messages.

My digital documents do not download. My physical items cannot be ordered. The website says there is a problem with the currency but when I ask about it, the e-junkie people just ignore my messages.

When I click on "Marketplace" and search under my name, only a few of my products are listed.

This is so disgusting. They said they would phone me, but that was just another lie.

My new free ebook is not downloading. When I click on "Download", I just get sent to the home page.

I have preported this as well, but again, they have just ignored my messages.

These people are disgusting. Why do they claim to be providing support?

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what have you done about it?

And, as our support mentioned, your Google Checkout is not working as your E-junkie currency (USD) does not match your Google Checkout currency (GBP).

I am not talking about my Google Checkout, I am talking about purchasing products on e-junkie. If that were the problem, why did nobody say this in response to my many messages???? Why were my messages just ignored????

When I go to Marketplace and search for Zhana, you only list three products. I have reported this problem over and over again. WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT????

I don't see anything wrong with this. I was able to add the item to cart, checkout and was able to download it from https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/rp.php?txn_id=jg-kbkjvi770196220

I got sent a link from the Ejunkie chef which is a completely different link from the one from my shop, which is the one customers will click on. WHY has this STILL not been fixed????

Ah, I see which "download" link you are referring to now. That link on the product's page in your Marketplace shop is intended for providing a downloadable product sample, such as a page excerpt, mp3 snippet, or demo software. As such, it points to whatever URL you have specified as the Demo URL in your Marketplace listing for that product. That download link is pointing to your site's Xmas and Kwanzaa Gifts page because that's the URL you entered as that product's Demo URL.

To change that, you will need to go into your Seller Admin and click "List Products in Your E-junkie Shop and Our Marketplace", then select this product from the menu and click "Add/Edit Listing in Your E-junkie Shop and Our Marketplace". After you click Next past the first screen of Details, on the next screen you should see the Demo URL field, which you can change or leave blank. If you would rather have people use our Free Checkout to obtain your free download, so you can collect their name and email address, just leave Demo URL blank.

We are working on getting our Marketplace Search results up-to-date, but most buyers would not be finding your products by coming to our site and using our Marketplace Search. When buyers find their way to a Marketplace Shop page, it's usually either because of the Merchant's own marketing that directs people to that page, or because they found the Shop page via a regular Web search service like Google (which is different from our in-site search tool).

So WHY did you people not tell me about the demo URL page when I first reported this last week? You people have wasted so much of my time.

Anyway, I removed the link and now the download link does not show at all.

The Demo URL setting is rather obscure and rarely used, so we didn't realize that's what you were talking about until my previous reply. Until then, we had thought you were talking about our usual download links which we provide to buyers after checkout, such as the link we send in the buyer's thank-you email, or the link on the thank-you page.

Since you have deleted the Demo URL, your buyers will each receive and use their own, unique download links in our usual manner; after they complete Checkout (our Free Checkout in this product's case), we will grant them access to the thank-you page with the download link, and we will also send them a thank-you email with a link to their download page.
