Can't see transactions

I can't find out how I can see my affiliates' sales before the end of the month. Since this is a physical product the download overview is empty. I haven't received any email telling me there has been any affiliate sales, but I know for sure that there are.

If you'd like to see your affiliates' sales before you receive the mass payment file, you should be able to see it in the transaction log.

You can either view it online or download it. There's an affiliate column in the log. :)

Thank you for the answer, I checked the transaction log(s) but every single affiliate shows up with zero sales - which is positively not correct as I know some of them have generated sales. Is there any explaination why no clicks and no sales are being recorded?

Thanks for your help.

We just tested one of the links and apparently no sales are recorded. Is there any way of retrieving these sales? (the affiliates will lynch me :s)

Hansson, I don't see _any_ sales in your E-junkie account. I am guessing that you are using Google Checkout and have not followed the integration instructions (http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/google-checkout-shopping-cart.htm)

Hansson --

I checked your website, and it appears that you're not using our button code at all to sell your products there.

Since you're using only PayPal's cart buttons and not ours there's unfortunately no way for us to get the sales info. :(

If you want us to track your affiliate sales you'll need to use our button code.

I don't use the button code myself, but my affiliates use it - isn't that enough? See this post, where the owner sells my product: http://www.bloggdesigns.no/?p=411

If you click these affiliate links and buy the book, the cookie should remember where the sale comes from, right? Paypal would report the sale through the return of the IPN to your ipn url, I believed.

If not, is there a way to use your button code and get straight to paypal without (visibly) passing by e-junkie?
