We are selling software for cell phones and we need to be able to support different cell phone models. The way I envision this is through variants. The user would select a product and then through variants would select the right model. The only problem is that I can't figure out how to link the right version to the selected variant.

Please advise on the easiest way of doing it.

Variants/Variations don't work with digital products as there's no way to designate a file to a variant/variation.

You'll need to create a separate product per file.
