I just noticed that the beautiful box.js script no longer works on my website http://www.tonehammer.com/ Anybody know whats happening? I have noticed its working on other sites, but haven't changed my code and all of a sudden its not working. Help greatly appreciated! - Tonehammer # POSTED ON: December 28, 2008 @ 05:59 GMT -7 |

Working now. Unfortunately google analytics - a plugin for word-press - was causing the issue, so I have to deactivate it. # POSTED ON: December 28, 2008 @ 19:55 GMT -7 |

Seems to be working fine on the pages I tested -- was there a specific product page having the problem? The most common explanation would be that the page in question is missing our View Cart code, as that carries the call to load box.js into the page.? Also, if you've been testing with adding/deleting products in Admin and in a buyer cart from the same computer, sometimes that can confuse our cart-tracking cookie, so try deleting your browser cookies (or at least any identified with tonehammer.com and e-junkie.com) and see if that helps. # POSTED ON: December 28, 2008 @ 19:58 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: December 28, 2008 @ 20:06 GMT -7 |
