Contact the Developer who built your site. The URL you linked just brings up an error page indicating there is no page at that location. It appears there may be problems (unrelated to our cart) with the programming on your site that your Developer would need to sort out. Your homepage appears to work, but the header graphic is also "not found", and I encountered other error messages elsewhere in your site, such as at the bottom of this author page: http://www.eyeonromance.com/authorlisting.cfm?authorID=1834 I did find this page using E-junkie cart: http://www.eyeonromance.com/forauthors.cfm ...and the cart appears to work fine there. Let us know if there's another specific page with a cart-related problem we can look into. # POSTED ON: January 7, 2009 @ 13:41 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: January 7, 2009 @ 13:50 GMT -7 |

This is link where it is not working: http://www.eyeonromance.com/forauthors.cfm I'm the developer and have been working on the site all day, hence the errors you see, which are completely unrelated to my issue. On this page: http://www.eyeonromance.com/forauthors.cfm (2 windows occur - the fat-free AND a new pop-up to the page as if I wasn't using fat-free) I really need help with this. # POSTED ON: January 7, 2009 @ 14:00 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: January 7, 2009 @ 14:04 GMT -7 |

All of the buttons on that page appear to work as a standard overlay cart in every browser I've tested. Perhaps you've identified and fixed the problem already? If some buttons were opening the overlay and others on the same page were opening a popup window, the latter would indicate those buttons were using the optional non-JavaScript version of our button codes (there's a box you would uncheck on our Get Button Codes screen to remove JavaScript from the code we provide there), and you can't mix'n'match our standard JavaScript button codes with our non-JavaScript button codes for exactly this reason. # POSTED ON: January 7, 2009 @ 19:38 GMT -7 |
