When I put in the codes, one code is to long to appear in one line. It goes into the next line, but without an return code. So does the system also work when the code is longer than one line ? Does it detect that it is one long code line ?

Yeah, if the code is long, it just appears wrapped into two lines. Technically, it is still considered one line.
