Lets just say I messed up, and bought some iphones clone on here. It didn't say iphone clone on the user e-junkie site, it just says iphone 4gb. So I paid with paypal, and the amount is over 1000. It has been 1 month, I didn't email the buyer at all, because I don't think he'll give me money back and he's going to send all the money to the bank if he knew. I was wondering if I could win the dispute from paypal if I bought it from here ? Thanks.

You should file a dispute with PayPal _right away_. Also, if you'd charged the money to your CC or bank account, you can approach them as well.
