Please contact the Merchant who operates your affiliate program for any information or assistance you may require to participate in their program. E-junkie is just a software service they use to manage their own Affiliate program independently, so we can't really advise you on what instructions they may want you to follow or how they choose to administer their program. If the exact same link was working before but suddenly isn't anymore for any buyers, it's possible the Merchant has discontinued their Affiliate program. Also, if the missing commission happened for just one buyer, the commission tracking won't work if the buyer has cookies disabled/blocked in their browser, and we have heard of a particular problem where Apple's Safari browser can stop accepting any cookies at all if its cookie database gets corrupted (clearing their cookies should solve that problem). # POSTED ON: January 27, 2009 @ 16:12 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: January 27, 2009 @ 16:12 GMT -7 |
