Error 005

Hi guys

Im new on this stuff and now im in the trial version of E-Junkie, but hope to buy it comming soon.

My question is, i got a 2checkout account they are my shopping cart, and i use the services of E-junkie to store my digital products and add "Buy Now" Buttons, i was doing a purchase routine on my website, DEMO of course, and when i finish to fill mi data, i click on the the button that says "Click Her To Finish your Purchase", when i clicked on it it sends me to the Approval URL, provided it for E-Junkie, but it appears me an error called Error 005 and the page looks blank it.

Somebody knows why happens this???

That means that the secret word for 2CO that you've enterd in E-junkie seller admin > Profile is not correct.

Why???


the same Secret Word i wrote on 2CO is the same that i wrote on E-Junkie

Or? How do i must write this word???, some especial carahcters or something else???

It usually works best if you select and copy the Secret Word directly from the text box where you entered it in 2CO, then paste that directly into the 2CO Secret Word box here in E-junkie Seller Admin.

Hi i already done this too, so, i havent make any mistake, and i already talk with the people of 2CO and they tell that this problem is from E-Junkie, so, please i dont know why happen this?

Help me, please im stuck here,

This could also happen if you are trying to use 2CheckOut in their "demo" mode. We do not support the demo/test/sandbox mode of any payment processor. If this is the case for you, switch your 2CO account to standard live-sale mode and try a real checkout payment; it should work then. :^)

Ah! that would do it. We don't support DEMO mode of any payment processor.
