Mostly via affiliates. Just google the name of my book and their should come up a couple websites that promote the book.

OK, thnx. But, 1 thing I don't get. I don't see any affiliates here. It is difficult to browse that market/affiliate list. How did you contact the affiliates? Or did they just find you?

I don't quite understand what you mean? Most of my affiliates were made from me contacting them.
