Automated Payment Processing

I am sure this is a stupid mistake on my part and a complete oversight but I just can't seem to get it right.
Is it possible to have the payment processed automatically instead of me receiving an email that tells me about a pending payment? I don't want to have to manually log into my PayPal account and click on Accept each time a sale is made.
Help! What am I doing wrong?

When you accept a payment manually in your PayPal account, they should show you an option to approve all future payments automatically.

I think the key concept here is they they *SHOULD* show an option to approve all payments automatically. I did not have that option in my first manual acceptance of a payment.
Let's assume I completely missed that option link, where would I find it in my PayPal profile to rectify this situation?
Many thanks!

You should find the option every time you accept a payment manually, not just the first time, that is all I really know. I think there is also a Profile setting called Payment Receiving Preferences? For more specific instructions, you should really consult PayPal help pages or support staff to get your info straight from the source.

OK, thanks for the info.
I was just hoping that I wasn't the only one who seems to be hitting this issue.
If I discover anything of relevance from PayPal, I will post it here for future reference.
