I am sure this is a stupid mistake on my part and a complete oversight but I just can't seem to get it right. Is it possible to have the payment processed automatically instead of me receiving an email that tells me about a pending payment? I don't want to have to manually log into my PayPal account and click on Accept each time a sale is made. Help! What am I doing wrong? # POSTED ON: February 2, 2009 @ 08:29 GMT -7 |

When you accept a payment manually in your PayPal account, they should show you an option to approve all future payments automatically. # POSTED ON: February 2, 2009 @ 12:59 GMT -7 |

I think the key concept here is they they *SHOULD* show an option to approve all payments automatically. I did not have that option in my first manual acceptance of a payment. Let's assume I completely missed that option link, where would I find it in my PayPal profile to rectify this situation? Many thanks! # POSTED ON: February 2, 2009 @ 13:27 GMT -7 |

You should find the option every time you accept a payment manually, not just the first time, that is all I really know. I think there is also a Profile setting called Payment Receiving Preferences? For more specific instructions, you should really consult PayPal help pages or support staff to get your info straight from the source. # POSTED ON: February 2, 2009 @ 14:53 GMT -7 |

OK, thanks for the info. I was just hoping that I wasn't the only one who seems to be hitting this issue. If I discover anything of relevance from PayPal, I will post it here for future reference. # POSTED ON: February 2, 2009 @ 15:13 GMT -7 |
