accept aganist copy customer delivery digital dispute download downloaded email filed item items mailed meaning note notice package paypal product proof recieved usps

I have a customer who filed a dispute aganist me with paypal that he never recieved his package (meaning mailed USPS) after he downloaded the item. Can you email me a copy of the download notice again.

We don't have a copy of the download email. You can however see if the product was downloaded in the email. Please note, PayPal does not accept any proof of delivery for digital items.
