Looks like PayPal was still having some issues at their end with delayed IPNs last night through early this morning.

As usual with these situations, if you are seeing any payments with Completed status in PayPal that weren't getting logged and processed by E-junkie in timely fashion, feel free to use your Seller Admin > Send Free Download Link/Codes to satisfy concerned buyers; if you do this, you can also enter their PayPal Transaction ID into Admin > Block Transactions to prevent another link/code being issued to them once their IPN finally does come through.
