Is it possible to disable the "Remove" check box from the shopping cart? Thank you.

We have no way to do that, and buyers would likely abandon their order if they can't remove an item they didn't want to purchase, so that would harm your conversion rate.

As an alternative, you might consider using our Buy Now buttons, which take a buyer directly to instant checkout for a single product immediately, bypassing the cart entirely.
