I need your help with figuring out how to set up a fourth product that combines a greeting card with a download of the song. This product will be purchased as a gift by one person to send to another person. The greeting card will be mailed by another provider once we provide them with the info and the song will be downloaded by the recipient of the gift once they receive the greeting card with the code written in it. So, here is what I need from you: a product listing for $6.99 in which the individual buying the product also includes their name, the name & address of who they're gifting it to, along with a message in the message box and then that information is emailed to us at the our website along with the download code and webaddress that allows them to download the song once. The buyer does not see the code.

1. To stop the buyer from getting the download link, you will need to do enable templated email in your product settings and leave the email message blank. However, then you won't get the download link as well, so that's pointless.

2. We don't have any gift option as such, but buyer's can specify any address where they want the product shipped on the checkout page.
