I would like to add product specific information to the email and download page but I have these two problems.

the email confirmation does not allow html, the information I need to enter is only available as html
How can I send html information in the confirmation email?

the product specific download page information is displayed before the global download page information. My information needs to go after the global information.

Other than adding the global and product specific information to the product page message do you have a suggestion?

It is not possible to add HTML to the thank-you email because we send all thank-you emails as plaintext. This reduces the likelihood that the thank-you email could erroneously be flagged as spam (since almost all spam email uses HTML) and also ensures that all buyers will be able to read the email message as intended (not all email programs can read HTML email).

We have no method to insert Common Thank-you Page HTML before product-specific information; product-specific information always comes before any common HTML.
