How to add Flat Rate Shipping Charge per order or at final checkout?

Hi E-junkie Crew
I realise that E-junkie's Shopping Cart's Shipping Settings is rather limited.
Firstly, it seems to cater to more of the USA region. I am from Singapore. And i want to ship things FROM SINGAPORE and TO within areas IN SINGAPORE. You should think of other nations when you develop your Cart Shipping Settings. I am quite disappointed that E-junkie fail to consider other nations in mind with regards to Shipping settings.
As you know, Singapore is a very very very small country....So a flat rate shipping charge is applicable to Anywhere WITHIN SINGAPORE. For example -- Shipping Cost: SGD$5.00 per Order Transaction, which is chargeable only at Final Checkout.
Secondly, I am selling skincare and toiletries, and these tangible products as you know, come in small sizes and in my e-shop, the heaviest item weighs only at maximum 550grams, approximately 1lb. 3oz. Therefore, to be fair to my customers in Singapore, i should only be charging a flat rate shipping charge PER Order Transaction. It's not fair if i add shipping cost of $5 to every product item they order.
However, it seems that E-junkie's Cart Shipping Settings don't have a feature for a flat rate shipping cost to be charged per order or at final checkout.
Please kindly improve your Cart Shipping Settings to include option for this flat rate shipping cost that i have explained as above.
Alternatively, you can also give me the html code to add in the "View Cart coding" for flat rate shipping cost to be charged at final checkout.
Thanks and hope to hear a response from the Crew asap.

It's the same problem with the FatFree Cart. There is no Shipping Settings to set a Flat Rate Shipping Cost PER ORDER or at FINAL CHECKOUT.

It is very simple to configure E-junkie Cart with flat-rate shipping and allow purchases only within your own country.
Go to Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings, set your Shipping Origin to Singapore, and select Singapore in the Shipping Destionations list. Then set your Handling to the flat rate you want to charge per order, leave everything else on that screen set to 0.00, and click Submit.
Bear in mind that E-junkie is not a payment processor, so in order to use us, you would need to have an account with one of the online payment processors we currently support:

Yes, I did try what you have mentioned above before i posted this topic. At Cart Shipping Settings, I did set Shipping Origin to Singapore and Shipping Destination to Singapore. Then i also set Handling to the flat rate i want to charge per order (e.g. $5.00) and click the Submit button. After amendment, i updated the 'View Cart' button code and Product 'Add To Cart' button code in my pages.
But still no handling charge shown when i click checkout or 'View Cart'. And when i tried to checkout and i am linked to the Paypal Billing page, the amount shows only the product amount total without handling fee put into the total order.
I already have a verified business account with Paypal.
Following your instructions, How come the handling cost is still not reflected at 'View Cart' and not reflected at Final checkout?

If the paid E-junkie Cart can't help me to set such flat rate Shipping settings, then its no different from the Free FatFreeCart...
Please also tell me if there is other Shipping settings for E-junkie's cart? I want to see how flexible your paid E-junkie cart is before i commit to a monthly subscription.
Ok, so...
1) Does the paid E-junkie Cart allow users to set a flat rate Shipping charge to be incurred by the customer if he/she spend, for examplle, below $150?
2) Does the paid E-junkie Cart allow users to set the flat rate Shipping carge to $0.00 if the customer spends $150 and above?
Is there such Shipping settings that can be set?

Please reply with your Web site page URL where you are using our cart buttons, so we can see what might be going on there.
I can't know for sure without seeing your page, but bear in mind that you cannot combine E-junkie Cart settings with FatFreeCart buttons -- although both carts look similar, they are completely separate and unrelated systems.
With E-junkie Cart, you can define a Cart Discount that would automatically take 100% off the Shipping Total when the Minimum Order Total is at least $150.

I dont see this setting either. I image it's simple but I just don't see the setting. I click on "Add Product" and there is no setting for an item.
EDIT: This part of the documentation is poorly documented as simple as it may be, it needs clarification. From what I gather, there is no actual shipping setting with a checkbox. Correct me if I'm wrong and screenshot it if you can.

To add in a discount you would need to go to Seller Admin>Add/Edit E-junkie Cart Discounts
Here you can add in the discount Tyson mentioned.
You will want to set the discount as 100% of shipping and make sure to enter in a minimum order amount before the discount will work.

We are having problems setting up our shipping calculations, and are looking for some advice.
We're looking to create a shipping cart that will allow us to set the shpping costs by pound using flat rates:
0-2 pounds: 5.65
2-6 pounds: 11.05
6-9 pounds: 14.05
9-15 pounds: 25.00
Anything over 15 pounds of coffee: Free Shipping
These shipping rates would apply to 49 of the 50 U.S. states, and also all U.S. territories.
We would also like a separate calculation for the State of Hawai'i:
We also need to charge Sales Tax for orders in Hawai'i. The state tax rate is 4.166%. We need this tax on the coffee but not the shipping costs in the state. We also want to charge shipping in Hawai'i by the pound and the zip code using normal postage rates (because the coffee is housed in Hawai'i, it's cheaper to send it with normal shipping rates than with the flat rate boxes).
So in essence, we need a flat-rate, non-taxed configuration for 49 U.S. states and territories, and a standard-rate, taxable configuration for Hawai'i.
Can your program do this?

E-junkie is not able to setup a shipping table like you are looking for.
Although you can setup sales tax to only tax those buyers in Hawai'i, unless you are using the set USPS shipping calculations based on weight that is integrated with E-junkie you would not be able to setup shipping to differ from Hawai'i and the rest of the 49 states.
