I've been trying to figure out this abnormal behavior with Google Checkout. I receive a Paypal + e-junkie notification when I receive a customer order from PayPal. However, I only receive an e-junkie notification when a customer pays with Google Checkout. I checked in my Preferences and my email notification settings are "On" in Google Checkout. That would be a setting in your account at Google's end, nothing to do with us.
