A few days ago I paid for subscription for 10 products to see how it worked. I like it so now I want to upgrade to 60 products, which is $18.00. But when I check out it looks like it is going to charge me $18.00. Since I just paid $5.00 wouldn't that factor into the payment amount? Or is the system unable to calculate that? Is there someone I can call to have the $5.00 discounted?

When you upgrade your subscription plan level, your new plan limits take effect immediately, but your payment for the new amount will be delayed until your next regularly-scheduled payment date. Follow the procedure here to upgrade your plan level:
