I'd like my e-junkie interface to be squared meaning 2 rows and 2 columns within a table and be functional. A screen shot link for what I'm talking about: http://www.elephantcomics.com/ejunkie_example.jpg I cant get the add to cart and view cart to function if I try and add them to their own cell. This is after leaving the <form action=""> alone but moving the scripts withing their individual cells. Any help would be greatly appreciated =) # POSTED ON: May 1, 2009 @ 17:25 GMT -7 |

When you're using table layouts, each product's block of Add to Cart code must occupy a single table cell -- you cannot split a product's button code such one part of the button code is inside one cell and another part is inside another cell. However, bear in mind that you only need one block of View Cart code per entire page; you don't need a View Cart for every single Add to Cart, and most often the View Cart is placed unobtrusively in a page header, footer or sidebar area completely apart from specific product listings and Add to Cart buttons. # POSTED ON: May 1, 2009 @ 18:02 GMT -7 |

Thanks for the followup Tyson. I finally got the "add" and "view" working. I closed the form tag on the second cell even though each "script" resided in their own. Make sense? lol # POSTED ON: May 2, 2009 @ 18:39 GMT -7 |
