 Managing files via FTP ?

I'm trialling e-junkie after many years with Payloadz. I have a lot of files to upload and manage. Is there a way of managing the files via FTP? It would be much easier than adding them all individually through e-Junkie.

Ah! I'm sorry but we currently don't have an FTP service due to security concerns.
